Preparation of Presentation Materials
RFIT 2022 will be in a hybrid mode with both physical presence and virtual access. Korean presenters are strongly advised to attend the symposium in person to inspect the exhibition and have an in-depth discussion. All the sessions will have live presentations and Q&A on Webex. Every oral presenter will be given for 20 minutes to have a 17 min presentation and 3 min Q&A. Invited speakers may have 15 min presentation and 5 min Q&A at their discretion. Virtual poster presenters need to upload a 5 min pre-recorded video on the Cloud Platform InfoVaya below. The uploaded videos will be played during the poster session. Physical poster presenters also need to upload a poster file on the Cloud Platform InfoVaya, as well as bring a printed poster to display it on a poster board on site. The secretariat will offer stationery to post the poster on the board. Board dimension is a portrait shaped A0 size (841mm wide x 1188mm long), and it is recommended that the poster presenters prepare poster materials in A0 size at your command. Neither physical or virtual presence, or no video submissions will be considered “no-shows”. Thus, the attendance certificate WILL NOT be sent out to no-show attendees.
Required documents below should be uploaded on the Cloud Platform InfoVaya no later than August 20. Please check your session code in the Technical Program Details before uploading them.

To log in the Cloud Platform InfoVaya for uploading the materials, please use the same email that you used in EDAS, and set your own password via the “Logging in for the first time?” link. Make sure of your paper title, abstract, authors and final manuscript on InfoVaya.
Please note that only registrants are allowed to get full access to the Cloud Platform InfoVaya and attend the live sessions at the time of the Symposium.
